We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support workers.

  • CV (5 years) any gaps over 3 months explained
  • 2 Proof of address (Utility Bill must be within last 3 Months or driver’s licence)
  • Passport (Colour copy of picture page, front and back cover and Visa page if applicable)
  • Proof of right to Work in the UK (Biometrics Card back and front, where applicable)
  • National Insurance Card (Front and back colour Copy)/Letter
  • Passport Photo (Sign and date back)
  • DBS (CRB) number- preferably on the update service
  • Nursing qualification, NVQ and any other relevant qualifications certificates
